ABOUT ME:
I am a stay at home mom of 2 little munchkins, although, my oldest is hardly little anymore (almost 8) and my littlest is 2. I have been married to my best friend for almost 10 years (how time flies)! We fill our days with activities, crafts and hanging out as a family. Right now, we are busy working on our house/yard (never ending really!).. someday maybe it will all be done! hee! I love to read and probably watch way too much TV and movies! lol Crafting is part of my everyday.. I am always adding projects to my 'must do' list, I just need to find a few more hours in the day! hee Scrapbooking is more than a craft.. it is an art form to me, and is definitely my creative outlet! I dream of someday taking my photography up a few levels.. I loooove capturing moments so much, I think it would be an awesome thing to be able to capture moments for others.. someday! :) If my life remains full of creative outlets, I will be a happy girl forever! heee!
MY GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

keeping my house clean
making it through hard life lessons, and being a better person for it
our acreage (it started as an empty lot and we are slowly but surely making our vision a reality)

LENGTH OF TIME SCRAPBOOKING:
Officially - about 9 years!
I started scrapbooking the same year my husband and I got married (2000), I started as a way to fill some time (I was traveling around the countryside with him, and desperately needed something for 'me')! It died down a little bit, and I picked it back up again when my daughter was a baby. THEN, I discovered the online side of scrapbooking.. all of the resources, the communities.. the products! heee! I was completely hooked, in a whole new way! Slowly, it became much more than just a hobby and I don't know what I would do without this craft in my life!

WHY I SCRAPBOOK:
Why do I scrapbook? To keep my sanity!? hee heee! Kidding! It has definitely become my main creative outlet over the years, I need it in my life. To me, it is so much more than the memories and the stories (although, those are important beyond words).. it is the ability to be creative, and make art... in a way that makes me happy! That is pretty much the main reason right there.. it makes me sooo very happy!
