I am a perpetual list maker and I usually have several "to do" lists laying around the house. I wanted to have a central location in our office/playroom where I could easily see my lists and add to them. I also wanted to have something that looked nice hanging on the wall.
For this project, I painted two clipboards with a few layers of black spray paint. You can find plain inexpensive clipboards at an office supply store. I adhered a piece of Flourish Colorful Patterned Cardstock to the front of both clipboards. Next, I cut two 8 x 10 pieces of paper from the Flourish 12x12 Paper Pad and added a Flourish Tag and Cookie Cutter Black letter stickers to them. I placed this behind a piece of glass from a picture frame that I found at the " Dollar Tree". I placed a glue dot under the glass to help hold it in place under the metal clip on the clipboard. I added a strip of Flourish Glitter Border Stickers to the side edge of my glass and a Flourish Badge to the top of each clipboard . I can now use a Chalk Ink Wet Wipe Marker to write my list on the glass portion of my clipboard.
How do you use your scrap supplies to help you keep organized? Please share your links in the comments section of this post and let me know if you have any questions on this project.
