Does that title freak you out a bit? We only have 53 shopping days until Christmas. I don’t know about you, but I have a lot to do in those 53 days. So I thought I’d make myself a simple, pretty Christmas to do list to keep myself organized.
I created a PDF of lists. I’ve also created one for Hanukkah. My design is totally inspired by Erin Vale, an amazing graphic designer who offers free printables on her blog regularly.
Supplies you’ll need:
Printer
Computer Paper
Printed Copies of the PDF
Sewing Machine
Binder Clips
Patterned Paper
Adhesive
First, I printed 5 copies of the PDF. Then I cut the pages into 15 evenly sized pages for my list pad.
Next, I lined up my pages and put a binder clip towards the middle on the side of the stack of papers to hold them together.
Then I ran the top edge of the paper through my sewing machine. I did this twice just to be sure the pad would stay together. The sewn line will act as perforation so you can rip the sheets off – you’ll want to get as close to the side edge of the paper as you can when you sew.
Next I cut a piece of patterned paper to 3 inches by the width of the pad. I barely covered up the sewn line on the front so the perforation would work and folded the paper over the back to make a bound edge on the top. I used my ATG gun to adhere the paper.
Hope you enjoy these lists and try out the paper pad.
Challenge yourself to get prepared for Christmas!
